Orders and Shipping
Since everything is handmade, you will get an email notification once your order is shipped. Typically orders are shipped out within 3 to 5 business days.

No, all transactions are processed through PayPal.
If you are in the state of Florida, yes, you will be charged sales tax.
Currently, we are only shipping to the continental United States of America.
Depending on the size and number of items will determine how they are packaged. If there are multiple packages for your order, you will receive all shipping tracking codes in your shipping confirmation email.
If you need to swap an item
Returns
Because all items are handmade and fragile, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please reach out to us with pictures of the damaged item and the shipping materials here: [email protected] and I will submit a claim as well as send you out a new item to replace the damaged one.
The customer is responsible for entering their correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Resin Auto Co is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses that are entered during check out. If you do enter in the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order here: [email protected].
